US Navy is not going to release more UAP videos as they are concerned about national security over it. Moreover, Standford professor Gary Nolan has recently said that there is a group of people that were involved in recovering UFO debris for secret government programs, and these individuals will soon be coming forward to reveal what they know. Former Defense Offical Christopher Mellon also said that he knows the names of the individuals who are going to testify to the existence of recovered alien technology or are considering doing so. Does it mean a UFO disclosure program is ahead?
Mr. Mellon visited Barcelona this month to attend the “Ufology World Congress,” discussing the current UAP situation in the US Congress and the future aspects of UAP study. He gave a detailed explanation of what might Phenomena be and how Congress is focused to unravel the truth about the increased number of sightings.
He covered crash retrievals, the latest US immunity from prosecution UFO bills, military abductions, and a denial that there is a secret cabal with a UFO disclosure agenda. Additionally, he discussed Luis Elizondo, who according to Mr. Mellon is not going to whistleblow.
The former Defence official confirmed that a legal mechanism will happen soon, which would allow government officials, military people, and others who may be living under legal restrictions to come forward and brief Congress and the public about the alleged crash retrievals and other unknown programs.

According to him, there is a great change on Capital Hill towards UFO/UAP for the last few years. When Mr. Mellon got involved in the UFO issue, nothing changed since 1970 after the shutdown of Project Blue Book. He said: “There were allegations but nothing was changing, there was no progress, no resolution.”
Chris Mellon says there are “three galaxies of secrets” which are the intelligence community, Department of Defense, and the Department of Energy.

But now, the Pentagon has been directed and is embracing the mission to begin using the vast apparatus of the DoD for the first time ever to try seeking answers to this question.
“I’ve written about these capabilities, some things on my website at a public unclassified level to give the public some sense, some notion of how incredible some of these capabilities are. If you don’t know what the Space Fence is, if you don’t know what our ballistic missile defense system is…you know we have systems that can see a tennis ball 20,000 miles away in orbit. So now those incredible capabilities are being used to begin to try to answer this question. So that’s the real exciting thing.”
Mr. Mellon said that he has been in contact with thecpeople from various fields who are considering coming forward once this legislation’s passed. These people are from the defense department, politicians, senators, scientists, generals, etc., who are trustworthy and have appropriate credentials, he added.
Speaking of the Nimitz case, Mr. Mellon talked about the vehicles with no propulsion systems. He stated that there is a mountain of evidence collected for decades, suggesting these vehicles have no air intake, they have no control surfaces, no visible means of propulsion, and no wings. Further, he hypothesized that if there is an alien civilization lurking in the Solar system and has technological crafts different from humans then “that’s kind of what we see…”
Will Luis Elizondo Come As A Whistleblower?
Mr. Mellon was asked if the disclosure program happens, will people like Luis Elizondo come forward and testify? He replied that he knows Elizondo very well and he is mostly sure that he is not going to whistleblow but he assured other people will surely come.
The UFO phenomenon has been exciting for Mr. Mellon since he was only seven years old. He said: “I saw a video that had been taken by a member of the community which showed our entire school, a massive UFO in broad daylight, sailing through the clouds, beautiful day, blue sky and it banked and it went into a cloud and it disappeared and it came out the other side.”

Before 2016, he was not aware of the issue very much, then in 2017, he met Elizondo and came to know about the encounters the military pilots had been facing for a long. He said the pilots were seeing UFOs over training ranges in the ocean on daily basis but Congress and the Pentagon had no information about it.
“And so when I learned that – I said that’s just not acceptable and I’m going to do whatever I can and that’s when I really got involved, first to try to get to the Secretary of Defense and then going to the New York Times and Congress,” Mr. Mellon said in a press conference.
Additionally, he said: “A point I’d like to add to that the report that went to Congress, the unclassified report last June of 2021. I identified eleven near mid-air collisions. So, there’s a safety issue as well as a broader national security issue. Who’s flying around our country, why are they there? Who are they? What are doing snooping around our military bases? and then of course there are the larger scientific cosmic questions.”
Mr. Mellon is certain that the information will not be public immediately as the legislation does not ensure that, and it will go to Congress which handles lots of classified information and only a certain amount of it is declassified. But in case the information would be public, then there might be consequences as the world religion is not ready for it today, he speculated.
“So if this goes public and there’s no change in behavior but everybody realizes ‘oh my gosh, somebody else is here, we’re being watched, we don’t know what their agenda is,’ that could be a level of shock and reframing of how we think about ourselves as a species and our planet.”
Chris Mellon believes in UAPs and the possibility of the existence of other intelligent species in the universe. From his point of view, he wants to believe in the stories of the abduction as well but he said to have no knowledge of the subject. According to him, he never heard of the military being involved in any kind of abduction activity.
However, he said: “I have a career CIA person who had an incredible experience along the lines of what you’re discussing but it did not involve our military. we have military personnel who have reported on some occasions some amazing crazy experiences.”
Concurrently, pending legislation will require a General Accounting Office review of classified information pertaining to UAP dating back to the end of WWII. “I am already aware of a number of individuals who claim they will testify to the existence of recovered alien technology or are considering doing so,” Mr. Mellon wrote in his blog.
